I certainly see the value in a consistent sleep schedule, but it's never been a focus for me. I wore an Oura ring for a while to get a sense of my sleep pattern and according to those metrics it was decent. I see good sleep patterns as an outcome of exercising, eating right, and managing stress, but I know a lot of people actively focus on sleep habits, so I think this varies a lot person to person.
